Booking Process and Requirements for Minimalist Voyage Group

Provide a photo of the front and back of your license, ensuring it is not expired.

Keep a card on file for incidentals (no Cash App or Chime cards).

Provide two emergency contacts.

Proof of address must match the address on your license.

Sign the rental agreement contract.

Leave a security deposit of $250 (100% refundable if the vehicle is returned in the same condition).

Purchase an insurance policy from the provided link or have your own personal insurance with the correct coverage.

If you are flying in, share your flight details.

Insurance

Additional drivers will incur a fee of $15 per day.

For any trips longer than 10 days, personal insurance will automatically cover the rental car. If you have insurance, please email your insurance binder to contact@minimalistvoyagegroup.com.
