To ensure smooth business operations and a clear understanding of our expectations and goals, we will draft a legal agreement. This document will detail the specific terms and conditions of our partnership.
We offer two compensation options: a fixed monthly amount or a percentage of revenue. For 1-9 cars, you’ll earn 70% of the revenue. For 10 or more cars, you’ll earn 75%. The fixed amount will be determined through mutual agreement.
You will receive a detailed monthly report on your vehicle’s earnings, including a screenshot from Turo showing your car’s earnings.
Before each trip, we take over 100 pre-trip photos to thoroughly document the condition of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle. If any damage occurs, we will notify the vehicle owner immediately and manage the claim according to Turo’s protocol. This involves coordinating with the guest to cover repair costs or escalating the claim through Turo’s insurance. The owner will need to cover the deductible charged by Turo before they intervene to resolve the damages.
The owner will be responsible for scheduled maintenance to ensure the vehicle remains in good condition. However, we aim to simplify the process for you. We will manage the logistics, including transporting your car to your preferred service center and obtaining estimates for your approval before any work is carried out. Payment for repairs and maintenance will be the owner’s responsibility upon completion.
We are highly selective and seek individuals or investors interested in earning passive income in the Michigan area with high-quality vehicles. Cars must meet Turo’s safety standards, be equipped with a Moovetrax tracker (with optional real-time tracking access for the owner), have valid registration, a clean title, and must not have been previously removed from the Turo platform. We will conduct thorough due diligence, including checking the VIN number against our system connected with Turo, to ensure the vehicle meets all required standards.
Zelle is our preferred payment method, but we can also arrange an ACH bank-to-bank transfer if needed. We will email your report in .pdf format between the 1st and 5th of each month.
If you receive a toll violation notice in the mail, please email the details to Contact@minimalistvoyagegroup.com. We will Block your personal information, upload the notice, and collect payment from the responsible party. We will handle the violation and send you confirmation of payment for your records once it is resolved.
Either party can cancel the agreement with a 30-day written notice. However, if there is a pending trip, we will honor that reservation even after the 30-day notice period. The car will no longer receive new bookings after the written cancellation date.
Absolutely, tracking each vehicle is crucial to our process. Once we receive the vehicle, we will install a tracking device called Moovetrax, which allows us to monitor everything about the vehicle, including notifications for when it needs an oil change. This ensures maintenance is performed promptly and accurately every time. You will also have access to view your vehicle’s status.
You will be added to our commercial insurance policy, which provides full coverage for $130 per month. This amount will be due on the 20th of each month throughout the duration of the contract.
